Royal London: We’ve improved your online dashboard

We’ve introduced some new features to our online journey so you can see where your applications are in the process.

After you've submitted an application, your dashboard will now tell you what stage it's at:

  • With underwriting
  • Decision available
  • Decision available – postpone
  • Decision available - decline
  • Plan not proceeding

Our terms document is also available online within 30 minutes of a decision being made – helping avoid delays in getting your customers on risk.

These changes are designed to make it easier to do business with us - saving you time and helping you manage client expectations.

Driven by your feedback, these improvements are part of our journey to transform your online dashboard.
